*How to use your sage or palo wood safely
Step 1: Open any window and doors to allow stagment energy to disperse.
Step 2: Light your smudge stick or palo wood over a flame-proof bowl, until a small flame has caught. Blow out the flame, the sage or palo wood should smoke gently like incense. Burn within sight and keep away from anything that can catch fire. Keep away from children & pets.
Step 3: Walk around your space to dispel negative energies and cleanse.
